Central Athlete in Austin, Texas is an operation after our own heart offering on-site programming to truly extend their athletes they've turned out some great results and continue to set the benchmark for having a top facility.

In our time there we worked with some of their guys including Jesse O'Brien. Jesse trains their Regionals and CrossFit Games hopefuls and we addressed some of their mobility restrictions and programming in order to boost squat strength and positioning.
