Diet and nutrition are a larger and more important factor in people's lives than exercise alone, that's why we focus on it at Red City. We always offer information and on-going dialogue with our athletes and members but go a step further to help them get the most out of what they're fueling their bodies with.
Our 'Food Framework' is a great place to get started for members wanting to know how they should structure their eating throughout the day both for workouts as well as rest and recovery. We build a structured program for individuals based around their wants and needs both in and out of the gym.
Personal Nutritional Coaching
We like to be able establish an on-going relationship with out members to aid in building nutritional habits for life in order to lose weight, build muscle and be as healthy as possible. Working one on one with a coach allows us to tailor things for the specific needs of an indivdual.
