Lachlan has developed his training and coaching through a broad domain of sports over the years with a grounding of 20 years in martial arts. He has also represented NSW and Australia in American Football and went on to play college football in the US with a grounding in strength and conditioning. He then proceeded to work in the world of pro-cycling for five years before transitioning to CrossFit finding it to be the most elegant approach to fitness in the world.
As a coach Lachlan specializes in CrossFit, weightlifting and Mobility, which he is most passionate about. If you want to learn and apply the methodology of CrossFit, work on squatting triple body-weight or prevent injury through mobility, Lachlan is your man.

As a former elite cyclist Tavis specialized in endurance sport before anything else. Racing and training in Europe for several years gave him an understanding of what true hard work is and what suffering for hours upon days, upon weeks is like for an athlete. He carried his experiences over into triathlon for some time and is now a CrossFit Endurance coach focusing heavily on running mechanics and breath training.
This doesn't mean that he's a one trick pony though. Having competed in a broad range of sports in his life he's also a black-belt in taekwondo, with over 20 years experience in martial arts.
Despite this background, Tavis focuses on CrossFit in his everyday training as he finds it to be the most complete form of fitness.
His coaching and his own work revolves around mobility though. As a CrossFit Movement & Mobility specialist he applied the teachings of Kelly Starrett in order to help him overcome years of compromised positions on a bike and now strives to help others improve their movement as well as preventing and overcoming injury.

Paige began her CrossFit journey in 2015 after a varied training background mostly in endurance sports and quickly became addicted! After joining the team at Red City and becoming a qualified CrossFit trainer she has found a new love for CrossFit in helping people with their physical and lifestyle goals. It's a great feeling to help someone do something they once thought was impossible.
She also works as a nutritional coach with The Method helping people change their lives through weight-loss and diet.
Paige is very passionate about health and fitness whether it is with her personal training or coaching a new Red City member how to squat correctly - she loves being around all levels and helping people, especially women, get into CrossFit.
